How we protect your payments, data and rights when you buy from Zitronia.

1. Your payment is safe

Card payment is processed by an authorized provider (PayU or Stripe, as applicable), on a page hosted by them — your card number never reaches Zitronia's servers and is never stored by us. Both comply with PCI DSS security standards.

2. Sellers are verified before activation

A seller account doesn't become active automatically upon registration — the Zitronia team reviews it manually before its products can appear publicly on the site.

3. Legal warranty of conformity

4. 14-day right of return

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without justifying your decision — see the full procedure on the Shipping & returns.

5. Reviews from real buyers

A review can only be left by a logged-in customer, for a product — we don't allow anonymous reviews. Abusive or fake reviews are moderated and can be hidden by the Zitronia team.

6. Messaging stays on the platform

You can ask a seller directly about a product or an order through Zitronia's internal messaging, without giving out your personal contact details — the conversation stays visible to our team too, in case of a dispute.

7. Your personal data

We respect your data under GDPR — you can download or request deletion of your data from your account at any time. Details in the politica de confidențialitate.

8. If something goes wrong

Contact us directly first — we resolve most situations amicably. If we can't reach a solution, you can turn to ANPC or the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, mentioned in the site footer, or to the competent courts in Romania.
